  \nThe XL-Viking add-in turns Excel into an effective technical and teaching tool. It allows the easy use of standard mathematical notation, Greek characters and displays mathematical expressions in a standard format with either numbers or variable names.<\/p>\n

  <\/a>Why would I use it?<\/strong>
  \nExcel shows you the answer in a cell but has no tools for displaying the math that is behind the answer. This tool has been developed by Aerospace Engineers to improve the reliability and accuracy of spreadsheet tools that are used to design and certify commercial aircraft.<\/p>\n

  \nThe easy to install add-in integrates into Microsoft Excel and provides an additional user interface and additional easy to use functions.   Have you successfully purchased a license and registered the product? Our on line registration server is robust but the registration process can be affected by many factors, including\u00a0 local, momentary internet outages. Try running the installation executable again and go through the registration process again.<\/p>\n

  Are you using Microsoft Office 2007 and above? XL-Viking will not work on earlier versions of Excel.<\/p>\n

  \nNo. We are a small company and have found multiple instances where larger companies get very significant price breaks on software purchases because of the scale of their purchase. While we understand this, we do not think it is necessarily fair. We will not do this to our customers. And, seriously, it’s $5 per license. You want a price break on $5?<\/p>\n
