End-User license agreement for XL-Viking Software.
Please read the terms and conditions of this license
agreement carefully before continuing.
The software product is licensed as follows:
1. All copyrights to the XL-Viking software are exclusively owned
by XL-Viking.
2. XL-Viking grants you the right to install and use the software product
on your computer providing you have a valid license for the software product
and it is running on a validly licensed copy of the operating system for
which the software product was designed.
3. Once registered with a valid License, the user is granted an
exclusive license to install and use XL-Viking software on one computer.
4. The XL-Viking software may not be rented or leased,
but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees
to terms of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer
must include the update and all previous versions.
5. The XL-Viking software is distributed "AS IS". No warranty of any kind
is expressed or implied. You use it at your own risk. The author will
not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other
kind of loss while using or misusing this software.
6. You may not use, copy, distribute, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer
the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except
as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall
result in immediate and automatic termination of this license
and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. All rights
not expressly granted here are reserved by XL-Viking.
7. Any correspondance (E.G. E-Mail, phone, text or any other form of communication)
between the user and XL-Viking before or after obtaining a valid license is considered the
property of XL-Viking and may only be used by XL-Viking for product improvement,
commercial promotion or in any other way as seen fit by XL-Viking.
8. Installing and using XL-Viking software signifies acceptance of these
terms and conditions of the license.
9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
XL-Viking software files from your storage devices and cease
to use the product.
